Aaron is an Apple Distinguished Educator (ADE) and Professional Developer (APD) currently serving as Learning and Teaching Technologies Convenor at Canadian International School of Hong Kong – an IBO World School and Asia’s first Authorized Apple Regional Training Center.

With over 12 years of international teaching experience, he enjoys working with educators to provide timely, relevant, and purposeful professional development across multiple subject areas and school levels.

He has been invited to share his knowledge and passion for educational technologies at numerous international schools and events including the 21st Century Learning Conference, Learning 2.0, Adobe Education Forum and the Apple Education Leadership Summit.

Aaron is an enthusiastic presenter and workshop leader with expertise in;

When not teaching and learning with technology, ‘Metzy’ enjoys traveling and the great outdoors. A keen mountain biker, certified mountaineer and seasoned scuba diver, he has summited several 5000m + peaks in the Himalayas and captured stunning images of exotic locations and the underwater world.
